Invoices to be paid within 14 days of the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
All works completed by Bournemouth Planning Drawings are covered by our third-party indemnity insurance.
All drawings are produced with the sole intention of providing a visualisation of the proposed construction for planning permission purposes only and should not be used to support construction.
The client must satisfy themselves as to our interpretation of their requirements on our drawings prior to submitting plans for consent. We reserve the right apply additional fees to recover costs incurred for any subsequent alterations to plans or to provide further copies of any drawings.
Our services include for drafting work only and do not include for any consultation or liaison with the relevant local authorities with regards to individual planning applications.
Our services simply include for the visualisation of your proposed construction and we hold no responsibility for the final designs/details/building regulations/structural engineering for your project, these should remain the responsibility of yourself and/or your building contractor.
We cannot be held responsible for the final outcome of individual planning applications; however we would be happy to make any necessary amendments for re-submission for a nominal additional cost.
Bournemouth Planning Drawings have the rights to drawings for marketing purposes. From time to time our drawings are used to help market the business, all names, addresses and personal information will be removed for customer privacy.
Quotations and estimates remain firm for 30 days from the initial date of estimate. Quotations are based on prior experience, we always aim to remain competitive and affordable. Where extra costs are incurred, these will be agreed before-hand.
All drawings will be emailed to the client in PDF format, unless otherwise agreed. Hard copies of drawings can be posted at an additional cost.
By making payment of any Bournemouth Planning Drawings invoice you are deemed to have read, understood and have been satisfied with the above terms and conditions.
