Planning Drawings (hereafter referred to as &#8220;the Service Provider&#8221;) to commercial clients (hereafter referred to as &#8220;the Client&#8221;).<\/li><li>By engaging the Service Provider, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Services<\/strong><ul><li>The Service Provider will provide CAD drawing services including, but not limited to, building measurements, floorplans, and elevations.<\/li><li>Where necessary specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Fees and Payment<\/strong><ul><li>Fees for services will be agreed prior to commencement and usually within a specific price range.<\/li><li>Invoices to be paid within 14 days of the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.<\/li><li>Late payments may incur a late fee of 10% per month on the outstanding balance.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Client Responsibilities<\/strong><ul><li>The Client agrees to provide the Service Provider with access to the premises for measurements and any other necessary information required to complete the project.<\/li><li>The Client will ensure that the premises are safe and comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Revisions and Changes<\/strong><ul><li>The Service Provider will accommodate up to two revisions within the scope of the original project agreement.<\/li><li>Additional revisions or changes will be billed at an hourly rate of \u00a345 or as agreed upon separately.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Delivery and Turnaround Time<\/strong><ul><li>The Service Provider will deliver the completed CAD drawings by an agreed-upon deadline prior to commencement of works.<\/li><li>Delays caused by factors beyond the Service Provider&#8217;s control, such as lack of access to the premises or delayed client feedback, may result in extended delivery times.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Intellectual Property<\/strong><ul><li>Upon full payment, the Client will receive the rights to use the CAD drawings for their intended purpose.<\/li><li>The Service Provider retains the copyright to all drawings and may use them for portfolio \/ marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Confidentiality<\/strong><ul><li>Both parties agree to keep confidential all information exchanged during the course of the project.<\/li><li>The Service Provider will not disclose any project details to third parties without the Client&#8217;s written consent.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Liability and Indemnity<\/strong><ul><li>The Service Provider will take reasonable care in providing accurate and precise drawings but does not accept liability for any errors or omissions.<\/li><li>The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the CAD drawings.<\/li><li>All works completed by Bournemouth Planning Drawings are covered by our third-party indemnity insurance<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Termination<\/strong><ul><li>Either party may terminate the project agreement by providing 5 days&#8217; written notice.<\/li><li>Upon termination, the Client will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Amendments<\/strong><ul><li>These Terms and Conditions may be amended by mutual agreement in writing by both parties.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Acceptance<\/strong><ul><li>By engaging the Service Provider, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.<\/li><li>By making payment of an invoice for services provided you are deemed to have read, understood and have been satisfied with the above terms and
